Delete your account
You can delete your FlightFlow account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1. In the app
At launch, open FlightFlow, then Profile, Privacy, Delete my account. The in-app flow is the fastest path and requires no email confirmation.
Option 2. By email
Until the 1.0.0 self-service web endpoint is available, web deletion requests are handled by email. Send the request from the email address associated with your account and include your Firebase UID if you can see it in Settings, Account.
We will reply with a confirmation step and process verified requests within 30 days. After launch, active App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled or refunded through the store that billed you.
What gets deleted
- All flight records and notification preferences in Firestore.
- Generated share-link artifacts and OG images in Cloud Storage.
- Firebase Authentication identity. You will be signed out on all devices.
- RevenueCat subscriber record. Entitlements revoked.
- Crash reports older than 90 days are deleted automatically.
Timing
On submission your account enters a 30-day soft-delete window during which you can cancel by replying to the confirmation email. After 30 days we perform a hard delete across Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Firebase Auth. Backups containing your data are purged on a rolling 90-day schedule.
