Delete your account
FlightFlow is operated by Billion Web Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). You can delete your FlightFlow account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1. In the app
Open FlightFlow, then Settings, Account, Delete my account. The in-app flow is the fastest path and requires no email confirmation.
Option 2. Contact privacy
If you cannot complete deletion in the app (lost device or other access issue), reach out to support@flightflowapp.com. Because FlightFlow needs no account, please include your Firebase UID, shown in the app under Settings, Account, so we can find your data. We process verified requests within 30 days. Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled or refunded through the store that billed you.
What gets deleted
- All flight records, compensation claims, and notification preferences in Firestore.
- Generated share-link artifacts, compensation evidence files, and OG images in Cloud Storage.
- Your cross-device recovery key.
- Firebase Authentication identity. You will be signed out on all devices.
- Subscription records stored in our database. Active store subscriptions and the subscriber record held by our processor RevenueCat are managed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat; you can request RevenueCat subscriber deletion by contacting us.
- Boarding passes stored on your device, which are removed when you delete in the app or uninstall it.
- Crash reports older than 90 days are deleted automatically.
Timing
On submission your account enters a 30-day soft-delete window during which you can cancel the request in-app (Settings, Account, Cancel deletion). After 30 days we perform a hard delete across Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Firebase Auth, removing your data from our active systems.
